We use the program Netviewer for remote customer support. The program allows our support team to assist and help you "live" at your desktop. Only a few mouse clicks are needed to connect you with our support team. Ad hoc, without the need for any installation, configuration or registration of the program. The application selector will allow you to control which information you would like to show us and which not.
The use of Netviewer is safe for you. The program uses a strong encryption and any information from your computer is only transferred if you have given your acceptance. Moreover, you can terminate the connection to Netviewer with a button press at any time. Netviewer has a certified security concept and has been awarded several times.

Netviewer one2one - Customer program
Please download the Netviewer customer program and store it on your computer. The program will not need to be installed and can be started directly.
After you have started the program, you will be asked to enter a session, which you will get from our support team by telephone. After you have correctly entered the session number, a Netviewer connection to our support team will be established.
